Privacy Notice

This notice explains how we process the personal data you share through the contact form on sysnetra.com.tr, as required by Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). The Turkish version of this notice prevails.

2. Personal data we process

• Identity: full name
• Contact: email address, phone number (optional), company name
• Request details: subject, services you are interested in and the content of your message
• Security: the IP address and date/time of submission, and the result of the automatic spam check

Please don’t include personal data in your message that isn’t needed for your request, especially special categories of personal data.

3. Why we process it

• To respond to your consultation, information or support request and get in touch with you
• To prepare a proposal that fits your request
• To keep the website and form secure and prevent abuse (spam)

4. How we collect it and legal basis

Your data is collected electronically when you submit the contact form, and processed on these legal bases under KVKK Article 5(2):

• Processing is necessary for entering into or performing a contract with you (Art. 5(2)(c)): responding to your request and preparing a proposal
• Processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5(2)(f)): website and form security

5. Transfers

Form submissions are delivered to us and stored through our email provider, Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.). The website is hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure, which also handles form submission and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). As these providers’ servers may be located outside Türkiye, such transfers are carried out in line with KVKK Article 9.

Otherwise, your data may only be shared with public authorities legally entitled to request it, to the extent permitted by law. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.

6. Retention

Data submitted through the form is kept for up to 2 years after your request is closed; if we enter into a contract, the retention periods required by the relevant legislation apply. After that, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed, and request information about it,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose,
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• request deletion or destruction under the conditions in KVKK Article 7,
• request that corrections, deletions or destructions be notified to third parties the data was transferred to,
• object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis of your data,
• claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
